Application guidance to CAMT conferences

Application procedure of China iron & steel Distribution Promotion Conference and China iron & steel Entrepreneur Summit

Step 1: Candidate submit application form.

The candidate should submit your application with items listed below:
  • A) Introduction to the candidate
  • B) Resources and advantages of the candidate (Should have location, local government, enterprises resources included)
  • C) Initial plan on conference date, location and delegates numbers.
  • D) Funding source of hosting the conference and initial plan to CAMT.
  • a) Funding amount for conference host.
  • b) To pay off avenue rent, design, conference material, delegate dinner etc .
  • V) Expectation of the candidate (scale and purpose).
  • VI) Introduction on traffic of the conference host city (With brief introduction on airport, railway station)
  • VII) Basic introduction on conference hotel(With brief in conference venue, room counts, cafeteria and standard fee schedule, traffic to airport and railway station, it is important to have 2 to 3 optional hotels included).
  • Step 2: CAMT investigation

    CAMT will take a close investigation on items below:
  • A) Basic info about the candidate.
  • B) Conference hotel.
  • C) Composing investigation report.
  • Step 3: CAMT review

  • A) Pass report to CAMT leaders, and report to CAMT president.
  • B) Sign agreement with candidate (If approved).
  • C) Candidate pays the security deposit.
  • Step 4: Report to industry management department.

    CAMT report to State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council about the conference venue, time, scale and content, the conference will be scheduled if approved .
